OPPO Find X10 Pro Max Launches as First Phone With Three 200MP Cameras

OPPO has officially launched the Find X10 Pro Max in China, calling it the world’s first smartphone with three separate 200-megapixel rear cameras, built around MediaTek’s new 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset and an 8,000mAh battery.

Key Facts

  • First Pro Max model in OPPO’s Find line, and first phone with triple 200MP rear cameras
  • Main camera: 24mm, f/1.5, 1/1.3-inch sensor, rated for 17 stops of dynamic range
  • Ultrawide: 13mm, f/2.2, 124-degree field of view
  • Telephoto: 70mm, f/2.1, 3x optical zoom, 10cm macro focus
  • Powered by MediaTek’s 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset
  • 8,000mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging
  • Optional Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit extends zoom to 10x optical, 20x lossless, up to 200x digital

What Was Announced

OPPO unveiled the Find X10 Pro Max at its China launch event, positioning the triple 200MP rear camera array as the phone’s headline feature and a first for the smartphone industry.

The Details

Each of the three rear sensors captures native 200-megapixel stills. The main camera uses a 1/1.3-inch sensor with an f/1.5 aperture and two-axis optical image stabilization; OPPO claims 17 stops of single-frame dynamic range at 1x zoom. The ultrawide camera pairs a 1/1.56-inch sensor with autofocus and a wide 124-degree field of view, while the telephoto covers 70mm at f/2.1 with macro focusing down to 10cm and CIPA 7.5-grade stabilization โ€” which OPPO describes as the highest-resolution, largest-aperture telephoto it has fitted to a Pro Max model.

OPPO says its new “Tide Engine” scheduling, enabled by the Dimensity 9600 Pro’s processing power, cuts the gap between full-resolution 200MP shots to just 0.7 seconds, a tenfold improvement the company attributes to the new chip. All three cameras support 8K video recording. For buyers wanting more reach, an optional Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit attaches to the periscope camera and extends zoom up to 10x optical, 20x lossless, and 200x digital.

Why It Matters

Triple 200MP sensors mark a new spec-sheet ceiling in the ongoing camera arms race among Chinese flagship makers, arriving in the same crowded September 2026 launch window as the vivo X500 Pro Max โ€” which uses the same Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset โ€” and Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro Max. Whether three 200MP sensors translate into meaningfully better photos than fewer, well-tuned sensors remains an open question pending independent reviews.

What Happens Next

Pre-orders for the Find X10 Pro Max are already live in China. OPPO has confirmed a global launch later in 2026, though international pricing, availability, and whether the Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit ships worldwide have not yet been detailed.
